I did the publishing stamp for a friend who is starting a mag in NYC. The idea was taken from a quote in the the Bob Dylon song "Vision of Joanna". It went something like... blah blah blah "oh, jewels and binoculars hang from the head of a mule". When I was asked to interpret the lyric or theme of the lyric into a image, well, lets just say it was a little hard to digest and this was everything that came out.

The Grounds Keeper

This is the Libbey Park grounds keeper that would chase me and my pack of skate rat friends around town when we were kids. She looks exactly the same, except for the fact that shes not exactly in grounds keeper attire. I was drunk in the beer garden during Ojai Day when I took this photo. I saw her, pointed and shouted," Oh shit! its her!".

Things are all cool now tho.
